You know what, now that I think about it I know some people who have had strange addictions during pregnancy. One person who will remain nameless like to eat baking soda. Always kept a little box with her. Another nameless loved one ate cornstarch during the entire time. I did not have any strange addictions. I just feel in love with things I never ate before. Before I was pregnant with my son, I hated pizza so much. I must have eaten it only 4-5 times my entire life. When I was pregnant, I had to have it every day. And to this day I have to eat it once a week
I'm ashamed to tell you that i had some VERY weird addictions whilst preggo. I used to crave dirty (Okay I told you it was weird!)Anyway, my OB said I wasn't the only preggo he encountered with that craving but seriously advised against taking myself up on it. Uhhhhh, like I really planned on stuffing my mouth with dirty. lol

I saw the Girlie Gown too. Honestly though, I didn't mind the hospital ones. With all the disgusting heavy bleeding I had going on the whole time I was in with Deeder I don't think I'd want to wear something nice... of course for pictures it might have been nice to not look so lousy, but that was more me than the gown! in the bathroom they always had two clean gowns that I could change into. it wasn't bad at all.
The lime addiction sounds cool. :) That craving non-food things is weird, huh. I'd like to meet someone who really eats lint. that's totally weird.
I've heard of the non-food cravings but never had any.
